I am so excited to share tons of great pieces from the cutest Milwaukee boutique, the Navy Knot, I found so many pieces I love for fall that I could not possibly fit them all into one post, so I am starting with my must-have black vegan leather leggings. I am obsessed. If you are not nearby to stop into their store, they have an extensive online boutique with a ton of brands that range from uber-preppy to city chic, and their collection of designer jewelry is perfect.
First: Fit. They are higher waisted, which means that if you have any fear of muffin top- fear not. They suck everything in like the best of lululemon. I am not saying I will wear these to work out, but I could. Second: Style. They are super sassy, but they are incredibly versatile. You can easily wear these from day-to-night, but for night, they take your outfit to the next level because they are incredibly chic. I’ve included four looks below that go from more casual to city chic.
Dinner Date
I am wearing a super cute peplum top with a little pop of bell sleeve. I rarely wear peplum tops because I don’t typically feel comfortable in them, but this top will fit everyone, and it’s long enough to wear over the leather leggings so it covers your backside.
I’ve paired it with this amazing Gigi NY Uber Clutch (linked a similar below as this one is sold out). and you will see this on repeat because it’s the must-have bag of the season. It’s natural calf hair and each one is a little bit different, but they are all equally gorgeous. I added some large gold chandelier earrings by Lisi Lerch . These are lightweight and so pretty. I am wearing some really cute black booties from Nine West. I searched all over for black booties and these are my favorite pair; especially, for the price- $59.99. The heel is not super high, and they are nice enough that you can wear them for work or a night out. These are also on repeat because they look perfect with the leggings.

Afternoon Cocktails
For this look, I am wearing all of the above pieces, but added one additional element: a casual duster vest by Mudpie in charcoal. I love this look a lot more than I thought I would. Not only is the vest great for added warmth, but I love it because it adds a chic, but still casual feel. I would 100% wear this for game-day, Oktoberfest or afternoon cocktails, but I would change the shoes out and do a more casual bootie with it like the ones below from Lucky.

City Chic
I could not get enough of the white top and leggings, and I love it because it pairs so well with everything. If I was investing in three things this season, it would be the peplum top and leggings, and then I would add this incredible cape, but I am a sucker for leopard. Let’s be clear, leopard really is a neutral and goes with a lot more than you think it will. I kept this look simple, but this cape looks amazing with a light or dark blue top and jeans, bright orange, red pants or a kelly green bottom, too. Almost any emerald tone will work. This exact one is sold out, but I have linked a similar below.
For this, I changed up my earrings and added the Sienna statement earrings by Julie Vos, which are my new favorites. I love the pearl accent, the size and weight. They are chic statement earrings, but not overpowering and are extremely versatile. I also have on a trio of Julie Vos bangles, shown below.
This is an outfit I would wear for a fun dinner, a girls’ night, or date night. The coat gives it a whimsical elegance. Again, shoes and clutch are the same because they all work together. You could do a simple black leather clutch, but for fall and winter, I love texture and this clutch is the perfect accent piece.

Date Night
I love this top for fall nights. The color is incredibly rich and flattering on all because it’s jewel toned, andit’s such a nice pop for fall and winter when everything tends to be gray, black or brown. What I really love is that it’s loose-fitting, but still flattering and while it’s off-the-shoulder, it does not ride up. It stays put. I feel like I can move around in it and it won’t end up around my head.
I love it with the leather leggings. This, like the peplum, is long enough that you can wear it over the leggings. This is a great outfit for date night, a night out in the city or cocktails. It’s super chic, and sassy, but does not scream, “Vegas!” I added a fun clutch that has the black and purple in it, and it’s one of my favorites for it’s versatility: the Taj Clutch. I am wearing two bracelets by Julie Vos, shown below, to give the outfit a more classic twist, but still kept on fun, statement earrings. I love mixing classic and fashion-forward pieces together. I still have on the booties by Nine West, but you could definitely wear a strappy sandal or peep-toe pump with this as well.
