I found this jumpsuit from Ella Moss, and it’s one of those pieces that I will keep wearing until someone reminds me I have other clothes in my closet, and that it’s probably time to hang it up; literally. This jumpsuit makes it look like you put a lot of effort into creating the perfect all-black look, when in fact all you did was pull on your adult onesie and walk out the door.
The halter-style neckline and all-black combo, have a natural slimming effect and make it flattering on everyone. The flowy style of the top makes it look like you are wearing two pieces, but the straight leg and leather belt detail give it that chic, jumpsuit polish.
I love the versatility of this piece. It’s perfect for a cocktail party or date night, but it is also work-appropriate. And because it’s all black, you have a ton of styling options. I’ve paired it with some fun statement chandelier earrings that have a slight feather detail, a mixed metal necklace, strappy heels and a natural calf-hair clutch to wear for a night out. You could add a gold link necklace or pearls to give it a more conservative feel, or pair it with some fun tassels earrings in red or aqua to give a pop of color. Change out your shoes and bag and you have a completely different look.
For work, throw on a blazer or oversized cardigan to be meeting-ready. This would be perfect with a grey plaid or poppy colored blazer for fall and winter, or an oversized camel cardigan. Add a pair of booties or peep toe pumps and you are ready for the work-week.
